Our family is dedicated to the families of North Texas.  In the 1880’s the first generation of the Lucas family started a general store in Grapevine, Texas and sold groceries and coffins to the local community.
Now the fifth generation is bringing more services to all communities throughout North Texas.  The growth of the Burleson area, and the re-location of the Church of the Holy Cross on SW Johnson Avenue,  gave us the opportunity to acquire this beautiful country style chapel. 
 

 

 

 FUNERAL SERVICES
The building adjacent to the chapel is the Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home.  The facility features large visitation rooms, a large common area and a children’s area.

 

The chapel  will serve  the community as a dual purpose facility. We will be offering the chapel for funeral services as well as small weddings and receptions.

    WEDDING AND RECEPTIONS
    Our quaint country style chapel is perfect for small intimate weddings and receptions.  The chapel will accommodate approximately 200 people.  Attached to the chapel is a reception area that will seat 150 people, banquet style, and large dressing rooms for the wedding party.
